A student who built a 4ft penis out of snow in a park has been given an £80 fine by a policeman.
John Knowles, 18, a history student at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, was told that he had caused public offence and was issued with a fixed penalty fine.
Police said Mr Knowles created the snow sculpture on Parker's Piece in Cambridge - near the city's main police station - and it was "intricate" and in a "prominent position".
