Life-size cardboard nurses are the latest tool in the battle against infection in hospitals, according to one NHS Trust.

The cardboard cut-outs will be placed at the entrances of hospital wards in Lincolnshire.

They will even have voiceboxes and contain a recorded message telling people to clean their hands when they arrive, and before they leave hospital wards.
